Approach
Took end-to-end ownership of the Paid Media architecture and the product surface it feeds. Re-segmented a fragmented 12-campaign account into a 3-tier funnel-aligned system (High-Intent · Brand · Geo). Reallocated €1,500+ into top-quartile auctions and instated a negative-keyword governance loop. Rebuilt the full measurement layer · GA4, GTM, Conversions API, server-side handoff into Stripe · so revenue attribution is closed-loop, not modeled. On the product side: drove the full website redesign and the mobile-app overhaul as Product lead · wireframes, IA, copy, dev partnership, ship.
